I cry when I see people using IE6
I swear, IE6 has made my life a living hell. Standards-complaint css, which looks beautiful in Firefox (ahh, look at the transparent png), looks like a mess in IE. What the hell happened to my footer? Why is there any ugly box around my image? I defined that div in absolute pixels, now why does it look different in IE6 vs Firefox vs IE7? We’re in a transitional stage now, where IE6 market share is going down. People are switching to Internet Explorer 7 or 8. But there’s still that 15+% that is using this aging piece of sh*…I mean software. After a year or so, IE 6 should be pretty much out the door, and then we can all live in harmony (sort of). Until then, it’s javascript hacks and using jpegs. Sigh.
